Shipping & returns
Delivery
We ship all our products from stock and send packages within the Netherlands with PostNL. As soon as PostNL receives the shipment, a Track & Trace code will be sent to you by email.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that one or more products are temporarily out of stock; we indicate this on the product page. If a product/size is not available, you cannot order this product from us on the webshop. If you would like to order a specific product that is not in stock, you can inquire about this by sending an email to sales@onekeeper.nl.
Delivery schedule:
- If you place an order before 12:00 PM, the order will be shipped the same day and you will receive it the next day! (including prints)
- If your order is urgent and you order after 12:00 PM, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
- Please note: If you order during the weekend, the package will be handed over to PostNL on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
The shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands are € 5.95. If you order above € 85, you pay NO shipping costs!
The shipping costs for shipments outside the Netherlands vary per country and can be seen in the shopping cart after entering your address details.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about one of the products ordered from Onekeeper, you can report this complaint via sales@onekeeper.nl or by telephone. Please state your name, order number and photos of the complaint. We will then handle your complaint as quickly as possible; we strive to provide a suitable answer with a solution within 24 hours. If you don't have a complaint and are satisfied with the products, we would also like to hear from you.
Return procedure
If you wish to return your ordered products, you can do so within fourteen days, provided the products have not been used, are not damaged, and are not personalized. You pay the shipping costs for the return shipment yourself. If you want to exchange the product for, for example, a different size, we will pay the shipping costs to send this product to you. You can find the return form at the bottom of the page. Fill it in as completely as possible. Upon receipt of the return, we will contact you immediately. If your order is incorrect: an incorrect print or a different size delivered than you ordered, you can contact us by telephone or send an email to sales@onekeeper.nl. We will contact you by telephone or email to then send you a return form and return sticker. Fill in the return form as completely as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURN ARTICLES IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT EXCHANGE PRINTED ARTICLES IF THE PRODUCTS DO NOT DIFFER FROM THE ORDER.
