How do I choose the right size for my ONEKEEPER goalkeeper gloves?

Determining the correct size is very important when purchasing goalkeeper gloves. Each type of ONEKEEPER gloves has a size chart under the heading “attachment”. Via the size chart you can determine the size of your gloves in 4 simple steps.

How much does personalizing my ONEKEEPER goalkeeper gloves cost?

Printing the ONEKEEPER goalkeeper gloves is free at ONEkeeper. Choosing printing can effect the delivery time by 1 day. When choosing the print, we recommend a maximum of 10 characters, to prevent the print from being too small and not nice.

Can I visit you?

That's possible, contact us to schedule an appointment and we will give you personal and expert advice in our new showroom. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You can also come by Friday, in the evening or on a Saturday morning. You do need to make an appointment for this.

Can I also pick up my order?

You can also pick up your order from us, we will contact you as soon as your gloves are ready.

How can I pay with you?

In our webshop you can pay with IDEAL. When you pick up your order at the ONEkeeper store in Oud-Beijerland you can pay by card or cash.

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering my gloves?

After your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation by email to the specified email address within a few minutes. If you do not receive an email, it may be in the spam or unwanted email box. If you do not receive an email, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When do I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within two working days, if in stock. If your order is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you.

Can I track my shipment?

We ship your order with Post NL. As soon as the package has been received by Post NL, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Here you can track the shipment and see when your shipment will be delivered.
