We deliver all our products from stock, we try to deliver your order within four working days, even if you order including printing. The shipment will take place with Post NL or DHL. As soon as the shipment has been received by Post NL, a Track & Trace code will be sent to you by email.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that one or more products are temporarily unavailable. If so, we will contact you by phone or mail and provide you a solution.
The shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands are € 5.95. For shipments to Belgium the shipping costs are € 11.50.
If you have a complaint about one of the products ordered from ONEkeeper, you can report this complaint via [email protected] or by telephone. Mention your name, order number and photos of the complaint in the message. We will then reply to you about your complaint as quickly as possible, we strive to provide a suitable answer with the solution within 48 hours. If you do not have a complaint and you are satisfied with the products, then we would also like to hear from you.
If your order is not right, wrong print or a different size than you ordered. Then you can contact us by telephone or send an email to [email protected]. We will contact you by telephone or via email to send a return form and return sticker. Complete the return form as completely as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: ARTICLES OF RETURN SEND IN THE ORGINAL PACKAGING, PRINTED ARTICLES WE CAN NOT EXCHANGE HELLA AS THE PRODUCTS DO NOT DEROGATE FROM THE ORDER.
Printed products cannot be returned.
